How to Play

Arrange each team in a file behind the starting line. Players in each team stand 2 metres away from one another. Mark a turning point in front of each team at 5 metres from the starting line. On signal the end player of each team runs and holds the player in front by hooking the right arm and both join the third one and so on till all are joined and the whole team round the turning point and finish on the starting line.
