Players are divided into teams of equal number and arrange them in files behind the starting line, 5 to 6 metres in front of each team place a wooden stool at about half metre high. Each player is given an inflated balloon. At the signal, the first player in each team runs forward with the balloon, keeps it on the stool and breaks it by sitting hard over the balloon. After breaking the balloon he turns back and touches off the second player of his team who repeats the same.
