How to Play

Arrange the players in equal teams in a file behind the starting line. In front of each team mark a turning point at 5 metres from the starting line and place an empty milk bottle the right way up. At a given signal, the first player in each team runs to the bottle and turns it upside down, balancing it on its neck. He then dashes back to his team and touches the second player, who runs forward and places the bottle the right way up.
